Welcome to the transformative journey of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Park Circle Yoga Studio! Designed for aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge of yoga and become equipped with the skills to teach confidently, this 12-week program provides a comprehensive foundation in the art, science, and philosophy of yoga while equipping students with the skills to confidently lead classes.
Our 200-Hour YTT is structured to integrate seamlessly into your schedule, balancing weekly learning with immersive monthly experiences:
Gain direct feedback on alignment, adjustments, and teaching techniques that can’t be replicated in a virtual setting.
Engage in real-time discussions with instructors and peers, fostering deeper understanding and community connections.
Practice and refine your teaching skills in a live environment, building confidence to lead classes effectively.
Develop lifelong bonds with fellow trainees through shared experiences, group activities, and mutual encouragement.
Experience the energy and subtleties of yoga poses and adjustments in a way that online courses cannot convey.
Dive fully into the practice without the distractions that often come with online learning.
Participate in hands-on practicums like teaching live classes, assisting instructors, and giving/receiving feedback.
Receive personalized guidance from instructors who can observe and correct your form and teaching style in real time.
Familiarize yourself with the dynamics of teaching in a physical studio, including class setup and student interactions.
Become part of a local yoga network that supports your growth and offers potential teaching opportunities after graduation.
In-person training ensures a more comprehensive, experiential, and fulfilling learning journey that prepares you to confidently step into the role of a yoga teacher.
